NGCC Swimming Pool Rules

ACCESS & PRICING

POOL HOURS

• Access hours:

Monday from 13:00 to 19:00

Tuesday-Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00.

POOL ENTRY FEES

• Monday–Thursday: 150 lei / person.
• Friday–Sunday: 200 lei / person.
• Children under 6 years old – free of charge.
• Children aged 6–12 – 50% discount.

BALDACHIN RENTAL

• 500 lei / day.
• Maximum capacity: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child under 6 years old.

• The pool may be temporarily closed for maintenance, cleaning, or private events. Guests will be notified at least one day in advance.

ACCESS TO THE FACILITY

• Access is permitted only with prior reservation, valid membership, invitation, or NGCC residency.
• NGCC residents benefit from complimentary pool access. Their guests receive a 20% discount.
• Members and their guests receive a 20% discount on entry fees.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian
• Guests and children of members or residents may access the pool only when accompanied by the account holder and must follow the same rules.
• Animals are not allowed in or around the pool.
• Bringing food or beverages from outside the club is prohibited.
• Glass containers and glassware are strictly forbidden in and around the pool.
• Access under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or strong medication is prohibited.
• Persons with infectious diseases, open wounds, or skin conditions are not allowed to enter the pool.
• Access with scooters or bicycles is not permitted within the pool area. Scooters and bicycles must be parked in the specially marked area outside the clubhouse.
• Management reserves the right to restrict or revoke access in case of non-compliance with any of the above rules.

USE OF FACILITIES

• Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. The use of oils or body creams after showering is not allowed.
• Proper swimwear and flip-flops are required within the pool area.
• Pool attire, including swimwear, flip-flops, or bare feet, is allowed only within the designated pool area. Access to the restaurant, golf course, or any other shared spaces outside the pool zone is strictly permitted only with proper clothing and footwear.
• Nudity or indecent conduct is strictly forbidden.
• Entering the pool while wearing makeup is discouraged.
• Children under 3 must wear swim-specific diapers and be under direct adult supervision at all times.
• Enter and exit the pool using only the designated stairways.
• Diving, jumping, running or playing with balls is not permitted.
• Pool surfaces can be slippery – please avoid running.
• Throwing objects into the pool is not allowed.
• Sunbeds and umbrellas must remain in place – do not relocate furniture without staff approval.
• Each baldachin is limited to 2 guests maximum.
• Towels are provided at check-in. Additional towels are available upon request for a 35 lei fee.
• Guests are required to return towels at the pool reception before departure.
• Disruptive, loud, or aggressive behavior is not tolerated and may result in removal.
• Recording devices may be used only for personal content and should not capture other guests without their consent.
• NGCC does not assume responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, forgotten, or stolen.
• Wearing valuable items like watches or jewelry in the pool is not recommended. Water treatment substances may cause damage. NGCC will not compensate the damages you may suffer.
• Please inform the staff immediately about any safety hazards or violations of the rules.
• By entering the pool area, you agree to respect all NGCC rules and confirm that you have read and accepted them.
• Non-compliance with these regulations may result in immediate removal from the premises, at the discretion of the NGCC staff.
