INTERNAL REGULATIONS „NATIONAL GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB”

 

Chapter I: General provisions

1. Objective of the regulation: This regulation establishes the rules of conduct, rights and obligations of the members, guests and staff of the Country Club de Golf (hereinafter referred to as the “Club”), in order to maintain a friendly, safe and high-quality environment. National Golf & Country Club (the “Club”) is owned and operated by DM Sport & Energy SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its registered office in Bucharest, 102 Barbu Văcărescu Street, room 22, staircase E, 3rd floor, ap. 21, sector 2, being registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under no. J40/12798/26.07.2021, Unique European Identifier (EUID): ROONRC. J40/12798/2021, Unique Registration Code (C.U.I.) 44642630 and Tax Registration Code (C.I.F.) RO44642630 assigned on 26.07.2021, legally represented by Mr. Dogan Metin, in the capacity of Administrator.

The Club reserves the right to cancel or modify the rules and regulations whenever it deems necessary. It is the duty of all members and guests to be aware of these rules.

2. Applicability: The regulations are mandatory for all members, their guests, as well as for the Club’s staff. Non-compliance may result in sanctions, in accordance with Chapter V.

3. Operating schedule: The operating schedule of the Club is established by the Club’s management. The timetable may be modified according to the season, and members will be notified in advance.

4. Available facilities: The Club offers the following facilities:

o High-quality golf courses (18 holes);

o Driving range and Trackman system;

o Clubhouse with restaurant and bar;

o Swimming pool;

o Event and conference rooms;

o Sports shop;

o Relaxation and socialization areas.

 

Chapter II: Membership Quality within the Country Golf Club

2.1. Membership in the Country Golf Club grants the individual exclusive rights of access and use of the Club’s facilities, including the golf course, training areas, restaurants, recreational spaces, and other services offered by the Club. In return, members have the responsibility to adhere to the Club’s internal regulations and to contribute to maintaining a pleasant and professional environment for all members and guests. Membership status is governed by a clear set of rules and conditions, which are established in the Club’s statute and in its internal regulations, but also in accordance with those established by the mandatory membership contract.

2.2. MEMBER’S RIGHTS:

  1. a) Access to the golf course: Members have the right to use the Club’s golf course, including practice areas (driving range, putting green, etc.), under the conditions established by the Club. Access is made through prior reservations and may be subject to restrictions related to the daily schedule or the organization of competitions, announced in advance.
  2. b) Participation in competitions and golf events: Members may participate in competitions organized by the Club, social events, tournaments and internal championships. They benefit from preferential rights regarding registrations and access to exclusive events.
  3. c) Access to training facilities: Members may use the Club’s facilities for golf training, including private or group training with authorized instructors, depending on the Club’s policy and their availability.
  4. d) Benefits and discounts: Members have the right to benefit from discounts for supplementary services, such as renting golf equipment, consuming products at the Club’s bar or restaurant and purchasing items from the golf shop (Proshop).
  5. e) Exclusive access to dedicated areas and services: Members have access to the exclusive areas within the Club, including private lounges, relaxation areas and changing rooms as well as other premium services, depending on the type of membership purchased.

2.3. OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS:

  1. a) Compliance with the Golf Club regulations: Members must adhere to the regulations of the Golf Club, including the code of conduct on the golf course, the rules for reserving tee times, the operating hours of the facilities, and safety procedures. Additionally, members must comply with safety standards, hygiene rules, and behavioral standards in all areas of the Club.
  2. b) Adherence to golf etiquette: Members are required to exhibit appropriate behavior in accordance with the specific etiquette of golf, including maintaining silence, avoiding a noisy environment during play, refraining from interrupting other players, and upholding sportsmanship throughout competitions or training sessions.
  3. c) Payment of contributions and fees: Members are required to pay their annual contributions and any additional fees established by the Club for the use of certain facilities or for participation in events and competitions in a timely manner. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the suspension of membership rights.
  4. d) Responsibility for behavior: Members must act with respect towards other members and guests of the Club, maintaining civilized and friendly behavior. Inappropriate behaviors, including physical or verbal violence or any form of abuse, will lead to sanctions, including the loss of membership status.
  5. e) Care of the Club’s property: Members must take care of the Club’s equipment and facilities, report any malfunctions or damage to them, and avoid deterioration during use.

 2.3. LOSS OF MEMBER STATUS:

 Membership of the Golf Country Club may be lost under the following conditions:

  1. a) Failure to comply with the rules and policy of the Club: Members who do not comply with the Club’s regulations, including the rules of conduct on the golf course, the regulations for the use of the facilities and the financial policies of the Club, may lose their membership, following a decision of the Club’s management.
  2. b) Non-payment of dues and fees: If a member fails to pay membership fees or other fees set by the Club, his access to the facilities may be suspended or, in case of repeated non-payment, his membership may be revoked.
  3. c) Inappropriate behavior or violation of golf ethics: Members who engage in inappropriate behavior or violate the rules of golf etiquette, including through unfair tricks in competitions, the use of prohibited substances, or any behavior that affects the image and proper conduct of the Club’s activities, may lose their membership status.
  4. d) Unilateral decision of the Club: The Club reserves the right to withdraw membership in exceptional situations, including changes to the Club’s structure, the closure of certain facilities, or violations of essential regulations. In such cases, the Club will adhere to legal procedures and will officially communicate the decision to the affected member.

Membership is revocable under the conditions mentioned above and in case of loss of membership, the fee paid is not refunded, except in cases provided by the Club’s policy.

 

2.4 SUBSCRIPTION TYPES: The club offers the following categories of memberships:

  1. a) Individual membersship: exclusive access for one person;
  2. b) Family membership: includes access for parents and 2 children under 14 years old;
  3. c) Corporate membership: access for employees of a company, according to the contract;
  4. d) Distance membership: valid for individuals whose primary residence is located at least 200 km away from the National Golf and Country Club;
  5. e) Junior membership: separate rates apply for juniors aged between 14-17 years compared to those under 14 years old.

2.5 Admission of members

  1. a) Membership is obtained by completing an application form, paying the membership fee, and having the application approved by the management, as well as the mandatory signing of the membership contract;
  2. b) Each member receives a nominal access card, which must be presented, without exception, at each entry into the Club.

 2.6 Rights of members

  1. a) Unrestricted access to the Club’s facilities, according to the type of subscription purchased;
  2. b) The possibility of bringing guests, in accordance with the Club’s policy;
  3. c) Participation in events and sports competitions;
  4. d) The right to submit suggestions or complaints.

2.7 Obligations of the members:

  1. a) Compliance with the regulations and decisions of the management;
  2. b) Payment of contributions and other fees within the established deadlines;
  3. c) Maintaining respectful behavior towards other members, guests, and staff;
  4. d) Keeping the cleanliness and integrity of the spaces used.

 

Chapter III: Golf Subscription/Membership

3.1. The golf subscription represents an agreement/contract signed between a Member and the Club, whereby the latter grants a member or a client the right to use the Club’s golf facilities for a specified period (usually one year), in exchange for the payment of a subscription. This allows access to the golf course, practice areas (driving range, putting green, etc.), competitions, and other organized events, as well as related facilities, in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the Club.

3.2. Golf passes can be of different types, depending on the facilities included, the period of validity and the rights granted, and in many cases they can be customized according to the needs and preferences of the player.

3.3. Modification of Subscription Prices 

3.3.1 The prices of golf subscriptions are set by the Club’s management and may be subject to annual changes or modifications at any time deemed necessary by the Club’s management, depending on various factors, including the Club’s operational costs, market demands, internal policies, or economic changes. 

Thus, the Club reserves the right to adjust subscription prices without prior notification to members, although, as a general practice, changes will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe to allow members to make an informed decision. 

This flexibility in price adjustment ensures that the Club can respond to financial and market needs while maintaining a high standard of services offered, while also protecting the Club’s long-term sustainability.

3.3.2 Terms and Conditions for Price Modifications: 

a) Annual Modifications: Prices may be adjusted annually, depending on the economic policy and management of the Club. Members will be notified of price changes prior to the commencement of a new subscription year.

b) Last minute Modifications: The Club’s management reserves the right to modify subscription prices outside the annual interval when justified by changes in operational costs or other administrative, economic, or strategic reasons. In this case, price changes will be communicated to members within a reasonable timeframe, and they will have the option to accept the new prices or to cancel their subscription.

c) Thus, members are obliged to take into account these changes and to comply with the Club’s policy on prices and taxes, and the Club will ensure transparency in the process of communicating changes.

 

Chapter IV: Access and use of Facilities

4.1. ACCESS TO THE GOLF COURSE:

a) Reservation of tee times is mandatory and can be made through the Club’s reception or the dedicated application;

b) Access to the course is permitted only for Members and their guests who hold official golf handicaps or who provide proof of a beginner’s course.

c) The use of inappropriate equipment or damage to the course is prohibited.

4.2. TRAINING FACILITIES

  • The Club provides the Member and/or Guests access to modern training facilities designed to support the development of golf skills and to enhance individual performance. These include:
  • Driving Range – a specially designed area for practicing long shots, equipped with individual training spaces, practice balls and distance markers;
  • Putting Green – a surface intended for practicing precision shots and finishing techniques, simulating real game conditions;
  • Chipping Area – an area dedicated to short shot training, including various surfaces for different types of game situations;
  • Training Bunkers – specially designed spaces for practicing sand escapes;
  • Golf Simulator – available indoors for practicing shots under controlled conditions;
  • Lessons with certified instructors – single or group sessions for improving techniques, offered for an additional fee.

4.2.2 Training Facilities Schedule 

The schedule may vary depending on weather conditions, periodic maintenance of the fields, or the organization of special events. The club will announce any changes to the schedule through official communication channels (website, email, phone communication, information boards). 

4.2.3 Cost Policy 

Access to training facilities may involve additional costs, depending on the type of subscription purchased and the use of additional services (for example: individual lessons, use of the golf simulator or equipment rental). All costs are specified in the Club’s pricing policy, available at the reception or on the official website. 

Members and/or Guests are obliged to comply with the Regulations for the use of training facilities and to pay any additional costs in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Club.

4.2.4 The dresscode 

The golf club maintains a high standard of etiquette and enforces adherence to an appropriate dress code, both within the country club and on the golf course. 

  • For the golf course: Members and guests must wear specific golf attire, which includes collared shirts, long pants or appropriate shorts (chinos) and Soft-spiked footwear is prohibited. The wearing of jeans, sleeveless shirts, or tracksuit-type clothing, and especially high-heeled shoes, is not allowed.
  • For the country club: A smart-casual dress code is required. Acceptable attire includes shirts, appropriate trousers or skirts, and footwear must be clean and suitable for the club’s social environment. Sportswear is only permitted in areas designated for training or sporting activities. The club reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not adhere to the dress code and encourages members to adopt an outfit that reflects respect for the location and other participants.

4.2.5 Rules for the use of facilities:

  • The swimming pool is open during the hours established by the Club management. The use of appropriate swimwear is mandatory;
  • Smoking is permitted only in specially designated areas;
  • Excessive consumption of alcohol or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • The restaurant is open to members, guests and visitors during operating hours. Reservations are recommended for large groups or special occasions. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The club is not responsible for adverse reactions to food products; members and/or guests with allergies must inform the staff in advance. Otherwise, the club assumes no responsibility of any kind towards members and/or guests. 

4.3 The Sports Shop “Proshop”

a) The Golf Club has a dedicated sports shop known as “Proshop,” which offers a wide range of equipment, clothing, and accessories for golf, as well as equipment care products. The Proshop is open daily and provides members and guests with quality products, carefully selected to meet the needs of those passionate about this sport.

b) Among the available products are:

  • Golf equipment: clubs, balls, tees, trolleys, buggies, and other accessories.
  • Sports clothing: shirts, pants, caps, jackets, footwear, and gloves specifically designed for golf.
  • Maintenance products: oils, brushes, and solutions for equipment care, as well as various items necessary for the maintenance and protection of golf equipment. Additionally, the Proshop offers a selection of customized products that can be ordered upon request, including items with the Club’s logo. Members can benefit from exclusive discounts and special offers, and the store staff is available to provide recommendations and personalized assistance in selecting the appropriate equipment. Any purchase made will be paid at the cash register. Purchases from the Proshop are subject to the store’s internal regulations, which govern the product return policy.

Members and guests are informed that products can only be returned in accordance with the established terms and conditions, and returns will be processed in accordance with the Club’s regulations. Additional details regarding the return policy can be obtained at the point of sale or at the Club’s reception.

4.4 The use of Buggies and Golf Carts

The Club provides Members and guests with motorized buggies and manual golf carts, which may be used during the game. These are available for rent according to the rates displayed at the Club’s reception. The use of buggies and carts is regulated by the following conditions:

a) Rental of buggies:

  • Motorized buggies may be used exclusively by individuals who have entered into a rental agreement with the Club and who comply with the instructions of authorized personnel.
  • Access with personal buggies on the golf course is strictly prohibited, in order to protect the integrity of the course infrastructure and to adhere to the Club’s safety standards.
  • The Club reserves the right to refuse the rental of buggies in the event that weather conditions are unfavorable (for example: heavy rain, excessively wet ground, or other situations that could endanger the safety of players).
b) Usage Rules
  • Users must adhere to the designated paths for buggies and carts, clearly marked on the ground. Movement in sensitive areas, such as greens, tees, or bunkers, is prohibited.
  • The use of buggies and carts must be conducted responsibly, avoiding dangerous maneuvers or excessive speed.
  • Only individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess the necessary skills may operate motorized buggies.
  • Buggies may only be used by a number of individuals in accordance with their seating capacity.
  • Once the usage fee has been paid by a member, it is prohibited to transfer/loan the buggy to another member.
c) Exemption from liability:
  • The Club assumes no responsibility for accidents, incidents, or damages that may occur during the use of buggies or golf carts, regardless of the cause, including user negligence, adverse weather conditions, or the state of the course.
  • The use of buggies and carts is done solely at the user’s own risk, and users will be held responsible for any damage caused to the Club’s equipment, the course, other individuals, or their own property.

d) Maintenance and Return:

All rented buggies and carts must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, at the designated location, at the end of use. Any damage, malfunction, or loss of equipment will be borne by the user, according to the Club’s assessment. Members and guests are encouraged to use these facilities with care and to adhere to the Club’s rules to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all participants. The Club reserves the right to modify the usage rules and to inform users of changes through official notifications.

 

4.5 Locker rooms

The club provides its members and guests with modern changing rooms equipped with comfort and hygiene facilities, intended for preparation before and after sports activities, and offers two types of changing rooms:

– one designated for long-term rentals, available monthly or annually, with rentals being possible, for a fee, from the professional shop within the clubhouse.

– the other for daily use as shower lockers, free of charge, where only clothing or accessories can be stored, not golf clubs.

Access to the changing rooms is permitted exclusively to authorized individuals, and their use is subject to the following rules:

a) Cleanliness and hygiene: Members and guests are required to maintain cleanliness and order in the changing rooms. Any personal items must be stored in the available individual lockers, and bulky luggage must be left in designated areas.

b) Confidentiality and respect: It is important for all users to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others in the locker room, avoiding discussions or disruptive behaviors.

c) Appropriate equipment: Lockers are intended for changing clothes before and after using the Club’s facilities. It is prohibited to use them for activities unrelated to their purpose, such as smoking or storing personal items for extended periods.

d) Safety and responsibility: The Club does not assume responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings left in the lockers. Members and guests are encouraged to use the lockers for storing valuable items and to secure belongings left in the locker room.

e) Access rules: Access to the lockers is based on a membership card or prior registration, and entry into the locker room designated for the opposite sex is prohibited.

Adhering to these rules is essential for maintaining a pleasant and safe environment for all locker room users.

 

4.6. EVENT HALL 

The Club offers an elegant and versatile event hall, perfect for organizing business meetings, conferences, private parties, weddings, receptions, or other special events. The hall is equipped with modern facilities, including state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, adjustable ambient lighting, and comfortable furniture that can be configured according to the needs of each event. Guests have access to customized catering options, with a varied menu that can be adapted to the culinary preferences of the participants. The Club’s staff is prepared to provide support for the organization and coordination of the event, taking care of every detail to ensure that the event is an unforgettable experience. Access to the event hall is based on prior reservation, and the rates are established according to the available packages, which may also include additional services such as hall decoration, technical assistance, or event organization. The event hall represents the ideal place to organize an elegant and memorable event, in a refined and exclusive setting. Chapter V: Behavior and Sanctions

Code of Conduct within the Country Club and Golf Course

The club promotes a pleasant and respectful environment for all its members and guests. It is essential that all participants adhere to an appropriate code of conduct, which includes the following rules:

  1. Respect and civility: All members and guests must behave in a polite and respectful manner towards others, including the club staff. Any aggressive, offensive, or disruptive behavior towards others is prohibited.
  2. Silence and respect for the game: During play, it is important to maintain silence so as not to disturb the players on the course. It is recommended not to speak during shots, and in close proximity, to avoid loud noises or sudden movements.
  3. Course Care: Members and guests must adhere to the golf course care rules, including repairing divots, removing puddles, and filling in holes left by golf shots, in order to properly protect and maintain the course infrastructure.
  4. Appropriate Attire: All participants are required to wear appropriate clothing in accordance with the Club’s dress code, which includes specific outfits for the golf course and the Club’s public areas. (see Chapter IV, point 5)
  5. Safety on the Course: Users must pay special attention to safety, ensuring they are not in the danger zone of another player when making shots. Additionally, it is prohibited to throw golf equipment or other hazardous objects on the course.
  6. Compliance with Club Regulations: It is mandatory for all members and guests to comply with the Club’s internal regulations, including the regulations regarding the use of…
  7. Sanctions: Any deviation or violation of the rules will result in disciplinary measures: a) First offense – Verbal warning b) Second offense – Written warning c) Third offense – Suspension of the subscription for a period determined by the Club’s management. d) Fourth deviation – Cancellation of the subscription.

 

Chapter VI: Club Administration  

  1. Club Management: The Club is managed by DM Sport&Energy SRL, through the General Director, who has the following responsibilities:
  • Approval of membership applications;
  • Organization of sports and social events;
  • Financial and operational management of the Club;
  • Resolution of disputes between members.

2. Complaints and suggestions: Members may submit complaints or suggestions in writing at the Club’s reception or via email. Management is committed to responding within 10 working days.

3. Event organization:

  • Private events organized by members within the Club must be approved by management;
  • The use of facilities for events will be charged according to the Club’s policy.

4. Private events:

  • The Club has the right to organize private events within its facilities, and during the conduct of these events, access for members and/or guests may be restricted to certain areas of the Club or completely prohibited, depending on the nature of the event;
  • Club members accept this provision and agree to abide by the decisions of the Club’s management, without seeking compensation or damages of any kind;
  • The Club’s management will inform the members in advance about the organization of such events whenever possible and will block the reservation of green fees in the booking platform.

 

Chapter VII: Special Provisions 

1. Children within the Country Club and Golf Course

The Country Club encourages children’s participation in recreational and sports activities by providing a safe and friendly environment for them to learn and enjoy the specific sports of the Club. The golf course is also accessible to young players, and the Club has dedicated facilities, such as golf lessons for children, which are conducted by certified instructors. 

It is important for parents or legal guardians to accompany children within the Club and to ensure appropriate supervision during the use of the facilities, adhering to the specific rules of conduct and safety. Children must follow the same conduct standards as adults on the golf course, having access only to permitted areas and at allowed times, and the use of buggies is regulated by the minimum driving age. 

Additionally, for their safety, children under a certain age (established by the Club) will not have free access to the golf course without an accompanying adult, and parents are encouraged to actively participate in the educational and entertainment activities organized by the Club. The Club organizes events and competitions dedicated to young players, thereby creating opportunities for the development of sports skills and for socializing in a healthy and active environment.

Liability Disclaimer: The Club assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or any other type of damage suffered by children within the Club premises or on the golf course, and the responsibility for their safety and supervision rests solely with the parents or legal guardians.

2. Prohibition of Sale of Goods and Advertising

The sale of goods or services, as well as any form of advertising, is prohibited within the Country Club and on the golf course without the prior written consent of the Club administration. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of products, distribution of flyers, posting of advertisements, placement of banners, or use of any other forms of commercial promotion, by both members and guests or third parties. Any unsanctioned commercial or advertising activity may result in sanctions, including a ban on access to the Club’s property. The Club’s regulations are intended to ensure a pleasant and exclusive environment for all members and guests, while protecting the integrity and image of the Club.

3. Related Provisions on the Consumption of Prohibited Substances

Within the Country Club and on the golf course, the consumption of prohibited substances, including illegal drugs, excessive alcoholic substances or any other substances that may affect behavior and health, is strictly prohibited. The Club promotes a healthy and safe environment for all its members and guests, and compliance with the law and internal rules is essential to maintain a climate of order and mutual respect. Thus, the consumption of any prohibited substance on the premises of the Club, including in training areas or on the golf course, will result in sanctions, which may include temporary or permanent suspension of access, as well as loss of membership status. The Club assumes no responsibility for any damages, accidents, or incidents that may occur as a result of the consumption of these substances, and each individual is responsible for their own health and safety. Furthermore, any abusive behavior involving the consumption of prohibited substances may negatively impact the image of the Club and its other members. In the event that a violation of this prohibition is identified, the Club reserves the right to take firm disciplinary action, including banning access to the golf course and the Club premises, as well as terminating the membership contract, in accordance with internal regulations. These measures are intended to protect the integrity and safety of all participants and to ensure compliance with a high standard of conduct.

4. Parking 

The Golf Club provides designated parking spaces for its members and guests, located near the main entrance and the Club’s facilities. It is important for all users to adhere to the signage and internal regulations regarding vehicle parking, including the allocation of parking spaces for members, as well as areas designated for temporary parking for visitors. Each vehicle must be parked properly within the confines of the designated parking space to ensure easy access and safety for all participants. 

The Club does not assume responsibility for any damages or thefts that may occur in the Club’s parking area, and members and guests are encouraged to take safety measures to protect personal belongings in their vehicles. Access to parking areas may be restricted during certain periods, depending on the organization of special events, competitions, or other activities organized by the Club.

Furthermore, parking vehicles outside designated areas is prohibited, and non-compliance with parking regulations may result in penalties, including the towing of the vehicle at the owner’s expense.

5. Animal Policy at the Country Club and Golf Course

At the Country Club and on the golf course, access with pets is not permitted, except for assistance dogs or guide dogs for individuals with disabilities. These dogs are only allowed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and must be kept under constant control. The policy prohibiting animals aims to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all members and guests of the Club, avoiding potential discomfort or incidents.

In the event that a member or a guest accompanied by an animal that does not fall within the mentioned exceptions violates this policy, the Club reserves the right to request that the animal be removed immediately from the property and may impose sanctions, including the prohibition of access to the golf course and the Club premises.

6. Loss, Injury or Damage

The Club does not assume responsibility for losses, injuries, damages, or any other harm that may occur as a result of using the Club’s facilities, the golf course, or any other areas accessible to its members and guests.

Members and guests are fully responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, including but not limited to sports equipment, vehicles, personal items, or any other type of property brought onto the Club’s premises.

Furthermore, the Club shall not be liable for any bodily injuries sustained by members, guests, visitors, or any other individuals present on the Club’s property, whether resulting from accidents occurring during sports activities (golf, tennis, swimming, etc.) or from accidents that may arise during participation in events organized by the Club or in daily business, including accidents caused by uncontrolled interactions with playing fields, equipment, or any other facilities provided. Each member and guest is responsible for their own safety and agrees to take the necessary measures to prevent accidents or injuries, including adhering to internal security rules and using equipment appropriately.

The Club does not assume any responsibility for damages caused by unpredictable weather conditions or external circumstances, such as floods, storms, fires, or other natural events, which may affect the accessibility of the facilities, the integrity of the golf courses, equipment, or the Club’s infrastructure. In such cases, the Club will make reasonable efforts to inform members and guests regarding any potential restrictions or changes to the schedule; however, it shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from such events.

Members and guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and to be extremely attentive to the safety conditions within the Club, including adherence to the instructions for the use of lockers, equipment, and internal regulations. In the event of damages, injuries, or losses caused by other individuals or due to equipment malfunctions of the Club, the resolution procedures will be governed by the Club’s internal policy, which may include investigating the causes and, where applicable, the exclusive liability of the individuals involved in causing the damage. Regarding catering services, the Club assumes no responsibility if the restaurant staff has not been properly informed of any special conditions or food intolerances of a member or guest.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to inform the restaurant staff of any allergies or food intolerances before ordering or consuming products. Failure to comply with this obligation may pose health risks to the client, and the Club will not be responsible for any consequences arising from the consumption of foods that do not meet their individual needs.

 

Chapter VIII: Final Provisions 

  1. Amendment of the regulations: These regulations may be amended by the Club’s management. Any changes will be communicated to the members at least 30 days prior to their implementation.
  2. Acceptance of the regulations: By paying the membership fee, each individual confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these regulations.
  3. Entry into force: These regulations come into force from the date of their display at the Club’s headquarters and on the official website.
  4. Complaints and comments

Members’ complaints, comments, and suggestions are always welcome. They can be addressed to the club team, at the reception, or via email: contact@nationalgolf.ro.

 

The following must be provided when reporting misconduct:

– The name or buggy number used by the player you wish to report;

– The name of another group member at the time of the rule violation;

– The date, time, and location of the violation;

– It is advisable to have a witness, other than the person reporting the violation.

 

All reporting members are kept confidential. Club officials will adjudicate all reported violations and will issue appropriate measures under the authority of National Golf & Country Club.
